I scored as an ISTJ when I took my Myers Briggs Test. I think the profile fits me nearly perfectly.

My Type Description
ISTJ s are sociable when comfortable in the roles they are playing; however, they generally do not share their wealth of rich Sensing observations and memories except with close friends. Others see ISTJ standards and judgments, their desire for structure and schedules, but they may not see their individual, sometimes humorous, private reactions.

I've found that knowing this has made me more effective in my own life. Do you think this was the case with your Myers Briggs? I knew that I was a 'little over the top' in some things - and this nailed down what was causing it.

Im in HR and I love using the tool for hiring new employees or promoting within the company. The insights the test gives are fantastic.

Why did you take the test? Anything specific that prompted you to take the test?
