Welcome new tutors and WCs, and welcome back to you who return. My name is Beth Davidson and I am the Administrator of the TutorTrac and Kronos systems we use in TJ’s. It is very important to learn how to use these systems (Kronos is the electronic timesheet system; TutorTrac is the scheduling and database system) and, even more important, how to use them correctly. For this post, I want to talk about Kronos only.
Everyone (returning and new tutors and WCS) are “new” to the Kronos system at the beginning of each semester. So, to log in for the first time each semester you will use your FIRSTINITIAL, LASTNAME (ALL CAPS) as BOTH your username and password. Kronos will prompt you to change your password to whatever you like. You will only have to do this once (the very first time you use Kronos in the semester) so it’s not a big deal. In fact, it’s so easy that the Geico caveman can do it. And don’t forget, I will be here to help you in any way … and for some of you, over and over again.
